Slide Space 123 is pleased to preview the work of our graduating visual arts majors in conjunction with the MFA Open Studios. Featured senior class artists majoring in Studio Art, Art History and Art & Technology include Tara Batiste, Aliza Cord, Laura  Elizarraras, Charity Ellis, Katie Ganz, Amy Leader, Connie Lee, Macie Lopez, Nora Roth, Annie Samberg, Lena Toney, and Alyia Yates.

Working in a variety of media including painting, sculpture, photography, ceramics, and video, these student artists apply both traditional and conceptual frameworks to create engaging art that challenges the viewer. This year’s Preview Exhibition speaks strongly of their potential as they work toward graduation and the Senior Thesis Exhibition in the spring.

The Senior Thesis Exhibition provides a unique opportunity for graduating visual arts majors to show their work in a professional art museum setting, often for the first time. The 2017 Thesis Exhibition will be held at the Mills College Art Museum in March of 2017.
